Tandoori Style Chicken

























Any chicken lovers will definitely like tandoori chicken..Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:
Chicken leg pieces - 4
Yogurt or Curd-3 table spoons
Coriander powder-1 table spoon
RedChilli Powder-1 table spoon(adjust as per your taste)
Salt--as required
Lemon-one big size
GingerGarlic paste-1/2 table spoon
Tandoori Chicken Masala-2 Tablespoons
Garam Masala-1 tea Spoon


Procedure:
1)Wash the chicken and then, using a sharp knife, cut slashes in the flesh to allow the marinade to penetrate.
2)In a separate bowl,combine yogurt,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,salt,redchilli powder,corianderpowder,tandoori masala,garam masala
3)Mix well and pour this mixture over the chicken and rub into flesh turning the chicken several times.
4)Cover and refrigerate for atleast 2 hrs..if u marinate for overnight like 8 hrs..this recipe increases its taste.
4)you can grill or even toast the chicken.
5)If using conventional oven preheat the oven to 400 degrees and take an aluminium foil and spread one table of oil on it and spread and then place the chicken pieces.
6)Place the foil on the tray and place it in the oven
7)Turn the chicken mean while in the middle.

After 45 min yummy yummy tandoori chicken is ready!!!
